The Wepner Wellness Center LLC
We are open for business!! As of May 7th and 8th, 2010, we had a very

clients.

healing arts including massage, meditation, yoga, healthy-living workshops, etc. John and Janet Wepner also specialize in
"energy work" as a part of their new business and will offer once a month informational talks for newcomers to learn
more.

information about her work, you can contact Wendy at 828-244-9790. We also have a part-time massage therapist, Amy
Barringer, working a few days during the week. You may contact Amy at 828-291-9585.
Holistic Energy Work!
Janet and John
Wepner (co-owners) specialize in "holistic energy work." They studied healing and energy work at the four-year
school, Barbara Brennan School of Healing, and are certified Brennan Healing Science Practitioners.
Their studies included anatomy and physiology of the body, personal development,
ethics, as well as hands-on energy healing techniques. Benefits of energy work include stress relief, relaxation, pain relief,
feeling energized, and much more. It is very beneficial for those with mild discomfort as well as those with chronic pain.
For more information or a free consultation, call 828-228-4141 John Wepner, and 828-310-4533 Janet
Wepner.
Yoga!
We currently have
two yoga teachers on-board. They are Elissa Mitchell and Janet Wepner (co-owner). Both are
excellent teachers with extensive knowledge of yoga and the body. We are also actively searching for yoga teachers. If you or someone you know, is certified and would like
to teach at our location, please let us know.
The yoga classes we intend
to offer are those of restoration and revitalization. We will not be offering any power yoga classes as those are more geared
towards fitness and can be found at local gyms and Y's.
Cost for a yoga class is $10/person ($8 for senior citizens and
students).
Packages include
4 classes
for $40
10 classes for $90
3-month pass for
$150
Meditation!
John Wepner (co-owner) has been meditating for 10 years. He brings a well grounded approach to meditation
with experience in energy moving in the body as well as experience from Adyashanti's silent meditation retreats, and reading
Eckhart Tolle and Jon Kabat-Zinn. Classes are held Wednesdays 6pm-7pm by donation--perfect for beginners!
Observe the Self, and Be Here Now. This is the practice.
