Perfect for beginners and all levels of meditation.
~Led by Janet and John Wepner
The style of meditation we teach is suitable for beginners or those with experience alike.
We do 10 to 15 minute sits with walking and standing meditation in between. Our goal is
to rest in being here now, and allowing our attention to shift to our awareness of what is happening in the moment.
What is Meditation? (article by John)
What meditation is varies from person to person. The style of meditation we are offering is taught by
the contemporary spiritual teachers of: Eckhart Tolle and Adyashanti, and is influenced by the mindfulness teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn.
This style includes
mindfulness,
learning to be Okay
with the Now,
bringing Balance to doing and being,
practicing not doing anything in particular, and
Allowing
all of ourselves to exist in the present.
This
style is simple, yet offers profound ways to be with life.
If you are interested in hosting a meditation class in your home or work-place, or if you would
